Benefits of Mobile Pay:
- Convenience: No need to carry cash or cards.
- Security: Uses encryption and tokenization for secure transactions.
- Speed: Faster than traditional card swiping or cash handling.
- Integration: Works with loyalty programs and digital receipts.
Contactless Pay
A contactless debit card allows you to make payments by simply tapping or holding the card near a contactless-enabled payment terminal rather than swiping or inserting it.
Using tap to pay can be a more convenient and secure way to make purchases than swiping or inserting your credit card. WEA debit cards that have contactless technology feature a symbol of four curved lines that look a bit like the Wi-Fi symbol turned on its side.
As you receive a new WEA CU Debit Card once your card expires, your replacement card will have contactless payment ability.
